Delivery was a bit slow

I upgraded our Sales Hub plan to add the conversation intelligence feature last month. The upgrade itself was easy online, no problem there. But it took about 4 days for the new features to fully activate and show up in our account, which was a bit of a wait. I was hoping it would be instant. The feature works well now, though, so that's good.

Good for Sales Pipeline

I used the Sales Hub trial. It helped organize my leads. Easy to set up the pipeline. Overall, it's a solid tool for sales tracking.

Good tools, but a learning curve

I signed up for the Marketing Hub Starter plan last month to help with my small business. The email marketing tool and landing page builder are pretty solid and have some great features. It took me a bit longer than I expected to get everything set up and understand how to use all the different parts together, which was a little frustrating. The customer service chat was helpful when I got stuck, though. Overall, I think it's a good value for the features you get, but be ready to invest some time learning it.

Always reliable for our team

We've been using HubSpot for a couple of years now, mostly the Sales Hub and Service Hub. This last renewal went smoothly, just like the others. We added some more seats to our Sales Hub this time, and it was straightforward to do through our account manager. The platform's always consistent, and our sales team relies on the pipeline management daily. That's why we keep coming back.

Detailed look at our recent setup

Our company recently implemented the CMS Hub and integrated it with our existing Sales Hub. The setup process for the CMS Hub took about three weeks, which involved migrating our old website content. The drag and drop editor is intuitive, but custom coding required some development work on our end. We also used the knowledge base software for internal training, which has been well-received by our customer service team. The reporting dashboards provide good insights, though some of the custom report building can be a bit clunky at first. We did have a minor issue with an API key during initial integration, but support resolved it within 24 hours. Overall, it's a robust platform, and the integration capabilities are strong once you get past the initial configuration challenges.

Marketing Hub is a game changer!

I just started with Marketing Hub and wow, it's incredible! The email marketing tool is so intuitive and building landing pages is actually fun. I loved the drag and drop editor, it made everything so simple to design. My campaigns are already looking much more professional, and I'm seeing better engagement. I'm definitely going to continue using this and plan to explore more features soon. My team is excited about the reporting dashboards too. Definitely shopping here again!

Easy to get started

I just tried out the Free CRM a few weeks ago for my small business. It was pretty easy to get my contacts in there and track some deals. I liked the meeting scheduler a lot; saved me some back and forth. It didn't take long to figure out the basics. Felt pretty good for a free tool.

Great value with the startup discount

As a first-time user, I was really looking for something affordable but powerful. I got the HubSpot for Startups discount for the Marketing Hub Professional, which made a huge difference. Without it, it would have been too much for my budget. The marketing automation software has already saved me so much time. I compared a few other CRMs, and with the discount, this felt like the best bang for my buck by far. I'm glad I waited for this offer.

Hey, I'm looking at getting HubSpot for my startup. Saw something about 90% off. Is that real, and how do I actually get it?

A Aaron Lopez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, it's real! My friend got it for his new company. You usually have to be part of an accelerator or VC-backed, then they send you a link or connect you with someone.

K Kyle White 2 weeks ago
That 90% is legit, but it's for the first year only, and like the other person said, there are specific criteria. Check their site for the startup program details, it's not a generic promo code.

Does HubSpot offer any free trials for their paid stuff like Sales Hub or Service Hub? Wanna test it out before committing.

D Danielle 2 weeks ago
I think so, yeah. I remember seeing trial options when I was looking around. They often give you a period to try out the more advanced features.

L Lisa Ramirez 2 weeks ago
Yep, they usually have trials for the individual 'hubs.' Just go to the specific product page you're interested in, and there should be a 'start free trial' button or something similar.

Is HubSpot super complicated to set up and use? I'm not super techy and don't want to spend weeks learning a new system.

P Patricia 2 weeks ago
Honestly, it's pretty intuitive. The drag-and-drop stuff for emails and landing pages is easy. They also have a ton of free training in their Academy if you get stuck.

Compared to something like Salesforce, it's way easier to learn. I was up and running with basic features pretty quickly. There's a learning curve for the advanced stuff but the basics are straightforward.

Hey guys, thinking about moving our small business CRM over to HubSpot. Is their free CRM actually good enough or is it super limited and you basically have to pay?

R Rachel A. 4 weeks ago
The free CRM is pretty solid for basic stuff, especially for a small team just starting out. You get contact management and some reporting. It's not a trial, it's genuinely free forever.

L Lisa Garcia 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I started with the free one and it was fine for a bit. But once you want more advanced automation or serious sales tools, you'll feel the push to upgrade to Starter or Pro. It's definitely not a bait-and-switch though, the free version does what it says.

I'm deciding between HubSpot and Salesforce for my small business. Is HubSpot generally easier to get the hang of?

H Hannah Campbell 1 month ago
For small businesses, I'd say HubSpot is definitely more user-friendly. Salesforce can be a beast to set up and learn without a dedicated admin.

J Jessica S. 1 month ago
From my experience, HubSpot has a much smoother onboarding and is less overwhelming, especially if you're not super techy. Salesforce is powerful but has a steeper learning curve.
